Cashing out at SlimKing is straightforward once you know the order of events: request, internal review, approval, then the payment provider’s own processing time. Most delays happen at the review stage and nearly all have a simple fix. This guide covers the steps, the timeline, the speed of each method, first-withdrawal checks and a clear escalation path if your money has not arrived.
How to withdraw from SlimKing
- Log in (our login guide helps if you are locked out) and open Cashier → Withdraw.
- Choose your withdrawal method. It must be one you have deposited with, in your own name.
- Enter the amount: minimum £10, maximum £10,000 per request.
- Check for an active bonus. Withdrawing before the 10x wagering is done forfeits the bonus and any winnings made from it.
- Confirm. The request moves to pending and you will see it in your transaction history.
- Watch your email in case SlimKing asks for documents, then wait for the approval notice.

The SlimKing withdrawal timeline
Think of a SlimKing withdrawal as two rounds.
Round one: pending (up to 24 hours). SlimKing’s payments team checks that wagering is complete, your account is verified, the method matches your deposits and nothing looks out of the ordinary. VIP members from the Challenger tier get priority review. You can cancel at any point in this stage.
Round two: payment processing. Once approved, the money leaves SlimKing and the provider takes over. The time here depends entirely on the method.
| Method | After approval | Realistic total from request |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Up to 2 hours | Same day to about 26 hours |
| Skrill / Neteller | Up to 2 hours | Same day to about 26 hours |
| Trustly bank transfer (Faster Payments) | Same day to 1 working day | 1–2 days |
| Visa / Mastercard debit (incl. Apple Pay deposits) | 1–3 working days | 2–4 working days |
| Paysafecard | Not supported, paid by bank transfer | 1–2 days via bank |
Weekends and bank holidays matter for card payouts: “working days” excludes them, so a card withdrawal approved on a Friday afternoon may not land until Tuesday or Wednesday. E-wallets are the fastest option every day of the week. Limits and fees for each method are on our SlimKing payments page.
Your first SlimKing withdrawal: KYC checks
UK rules mean SlimKing verifies your age and identity at sign-up, before you can deposit, and that is usually automatic. Your first withdrawal, or a larger one later, can still trigger a request for:
- Photo ID: passport or driving licence.
- Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
- Proof of payment: a photo of your debit card with the middle 8 digits covered, or a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name.
- Source of funds or wealth for higher spending: payslips, bank statements or a P60.
Upload them under Account → Verification as JPG, PNG or PDF files up to 10 MB. SlimKing reviews documents within 24–48 hours. Our KYC verification guide shows how to photograph documents so they are accepted first time.
Corner tip
Why a SlimKing withdrawal is pending, rejected or reversed
Wagering not complete
If a bonus is active, its 10x wagering must be finished before you withdraw. Remember that live casino, table games and game shows count only 10% towards wagering, and jackpot slots 50%. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to check your progress.
Name mismatch
The name on your card, bank account or e-wallet must match your SlimKing account exactly. Payments to a partner’s card or a joint account that does not show your name are commonly rejected.
Method mismatch
Under the closed-loop rule you withdraw to the method you deposited with. Asking for a payout to a new PayPal account you have never used at SlimKing will be refused or redirected.
Documents outstanding or unclear
Blurry photos, cropped corners, expired ID and statements older than three months are the usual culprits. The request will wait until acceptable documents are approved.
Bank or provider checks
Occasionally SlimKing approves a payout but the bank returns it, for example because the card has expired or been replaced, or the account is closed. The money comes back to your SlimKing balance (shown as “reversed”) and you can request it again to a valid method.
Account restrictions
An open affordability check, a security lock or a self-exclusion match can pause withdrawals. See account troubleshooting for each of these.
Cancelling and partial withdrawals
You can cancel a withdrawal while it is pending; the funds return to your balance instantly. Once approved, it cannot be stopped. Some players use the cancel option to keep playing, and if that sounds familiar, the deposit limits and time-outs on our responsible gambling page are worth a look.
Partial withdrawals are allowed. You can withdraw part of your balance and leave the rest in the account, subject to the £10 minimum. Any balance tied to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn separately until wagering is complete. If you deposited with more than one method, SlimKing may split a payout across them.
What to do if your money has not arrived
Count from the moment SlimKing marks the withdrawal as approved, not from when you requested it.
| Method | Wait before chasing |
|---|---|
| PayPal / Skrill / Neteller | 4 hours after approval |
| Trustly bank transfer | 1 working day after approval |
| Debit card | 3 working days after approval |
If that time has passed:
- Check the transaction history in your SlimKing account. Is the status “approved” or “reversed”?
- Check your e-wallet or bank statement, including pending transactions.
- Contact SlimKing live chat with the withdrawal date, amount, method and transaction ID. Ask for the payment reference so your bank can trace it.
- If your bank cannot find a payment with that reference, send their response back to SlimKing.
Escalation path
- Live chat or Help Centre ticket. Human agents are available 08:00–00:00 UK time; tickets get a reply within 24 hours. Our support guide covers what to include.
- Formal complaint. If the answer does not resolve it, ask for the issue to be logged as a formal complaint under SlimKing’s complaints procedure.
- Independent ADR. If the complaint is not resolved within 8 weeks, you can take it to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider named in SlimKing’s terms. ADR is free for players.
SlimKing operates under a Great Britain gambling licence; you can check the licence number shown in the footer of its site against the UK Gambling Commission’s public register.
